Privacy Policy
We're a small research and build studio. We collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the web. This explains what we collect on peoplos.com and why.
What we collect
- Research survey. The answers you give, and — only if you choose to share them — your company, role, region and email. We also record basic technical data (browser type, timestamp) with each submission.
- Usage analytics. Aggregated, cookieless stats via our own self-hosted Umami: pages viewed, referring source, approximate country, device and browser. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising, and no personal profiles. We do not store your IP address.
- Mia assistant (the live demo). If you chat with Mia, your messages are processed by our AI provider to generate replies. Don't enter real personal or confidential data into the demo.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- Consent — for storing your survey responses and, if you opt in, contacting you with findings and early access. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — for privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics and keeping the site secure.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies, so there's no cookie banner to click through. The site only uses functional browser storage (your light/dark theme choice and an in-progress survey draft), which isn't used to track you.
How we use your data
To understand how people teams work, improve our prototypes, and — if you opted in — send you research findings, early access and event invitations. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run the service: Hetzner (EU hosting) and Anthropic (the AI that powers the Mia demo). Data stays on our own infrastructure otherwise.
How long we keep it
We keep survey responses for as long as the research program is active, and delete or anonymise them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR/UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent — just email hello@peoplos.com and we'll act on it. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
