We have always believed that tools and systems should free up an HR team’s time, not make their working life more complicated. Our mission is to find the best way to get there: compliant, transparent and genuinely useful, with the research shared openly as we go.
The software industry has built plenty of systems to store employee data. Very few have automated the actual mundane work, and the ones that try often add new maintenance, support and oversight burden on top of the daily requests HR already fields.
That is what our work is focused on. We study AI implementations in HR around the world and share the use cases with our readers and community. We also experiment, prototype and publish what we find.
Recent news, research insights, use cases and the occasional dead end: everything worth knowing about putting AI to work in HR, written for people who have to make it hold up in practice.
Plain-language definitions for every HR and AI term we run into during the research, cross-linked and searchable. Or just ask Mia, and she will point you to the right entry.
Three minutes, no typing required if you'd rather speak. Tell us where the real roadblocks sit: legal, technical, mindset or something else entirely. Get the findings first.
Peoplos was formed by a group of HR Tech enthusiasts from the Netherlands, Germany and the US who wanted to put the benefits of AI to work in their own teams. What they found instead were obstacles: technical, legal and organisational.
So we asked the question we still keep asking: why can HR not make the same leap in automation that AI has already brought to other kinds of work?
We would love to talk. We encourage HR professionals everywhere to help us with this research, and we will gladly share what we learn, posted here and updated as it comes in.
Leave your details and we'll keep you close to the work: research updates and news, early access to the prototypes we test, and invitations to our online events.
We'll be in touch with research updates, prototype invitations and events. If you left us a note, someone here will read it properly.
